Suicide Prevention Study Seeks Participants

Researchers from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health are looking for people to participate in INSIGHT (Incarceration and Suicide: Investigating policies that close gaps in carceral health and treatment), a research project examining suicide prevention policies and practices in jail settings.

They are seeking: 

  • Custody staff, leadership, or medical staff in U.S. jail facilities 
  • Correctional health contractors 
  • Regional, state, or national department of corrections leaders 
  • Subject matter experts on suicide prevention and reporting in correctional facilities

What’s involved: 

  • Brief pre-interview survey (5-10 minutes) 
  • One-time interview (60 minutes) 
  • $50 electronic gift card as a thank you for your participation
