NCCHC is accepting presentation proposals through March 3 for the 2023 National Conference on Correctional Health Care, taking place Sept 30 – Oct 4 in Las Vegas.

  • Get recognition for your expertise and research
  • Share your best practices and innovative new ideas
  • Improve the quality of patient care by mentoring others
  • Attend the conference at a discounted registration fee

Proposals are welcome on topics such as: administration, management, staffing, legal, ethical, risk management, medial, infectious diseases, chronic disease, opioid treatment, women’s issues, juvenile care, mental health, dementia, substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, nursing, evidence-based practices, medication management, utilization management, leadership, professional roles, CQI, outcomes studies, patient safety, and more.

Sessions receiving the highest level of interest at recent conferences focused on managing acutely agitated patients, defensive charting, improving sick call, deliberate indifference, clinical puzzles, and shaking/seizures.

Presenters can apply to present a session, a poster, or a roundtable.
