Quantity Discounts

Payment
You can order online or by phone using MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. To order by fax or mail, please include this form and a purchase order, a check or complete credit card information.
All orders under $100 must be prepaid. Purchase orders are accepted for orders of $100 or more, but only from correctional facilities, their contract providers and other government agencies. The purchase order number must be provided on the order form, and the actual PO document must be sent via email, fax or mail. A $30 processing fee will be added to all orders to be invoiced.
Sales Tax/Tax-Exempt Organizations
All customers must add 10.25% sales tax. Tax exemption letters are required for all exempt entities (or businesses). Please submit your organization’s letter with this form.
Return Policy
Items in like-new condition may be returned within two weeks for a refund. Appropriate packaging (such as a sturdy box) is necessary to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Product Availability
We ship all in-stock items promptly. If an item is out of stock and you are in the online store, it will not allow you to place your order. If we receive your order by another method, we will create a back order and notify you. If you cancel a back-ordered item, we will issue a refund by the same method of payment as your order (e.g., by check or by credit to your credit card account).
