CDC Seeks Input on Food Safety Practices

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in collaboration with the Federal Bureau of Prisons is drafting Model Food Safety Practices for Correctional Facilities. These model practices are a practical, evidence-based resource on food safety specifically tailored to the correctional environment. To participate in this review, please email Naomi Drexler (isj3@cdc.gov) or attend their listening session. The external review period closes July 18th.
