NCCHC Certifies Greatest Number of CCHPs and Specialty CCHPS in Five Years

Certified Correctional Health Professional status was attained by 142 individuals in the third quarter of 2022. Specialty certification was earned by seven mental health professionals (CCHP-MH), one physician (CCHP-P) and eight registered nurses (CCHP-RN). Nicole Walker, MSN, RN, CCHP-A, became the newest CCHP-A, advanced certification. The CCHP board of trustees congratulates them all. The certifications were effective October 1. 

These outstanding results resulted in the most total certifications earned in a single year since 2017. Learn more at ncchc.org/professional-certification.
