Two years in the making, the 2018 Standards were revised, reorganized and simplified to create a more user-friendly guide for those using the standards in daily practice. This presentation will focus on the high-level changes to the standards from the 2014 edition to the 2018 edition, including an overview of the seven general areas of the standards used in NCCHC’s accreditation program, specific changes in each section and trends in compliance since the standards took effect in November 2018.
