NCCHC Published Errata
From time to time, NCCHC may identify an error or omission in a published Standards manual that requires correction. When this occurs, NCCHC will issue an erratum to clearly identify what has changed and provide the corrected language to the field.
This page will serve as the central location for all published errata so facilities, surveyors, and other users of the NCCHC Standards can easily find the most current information. Each erratum will identify the affected manual and standard, describe the correction, and provide the effective date.
Once an erratum becomes effective, the corrected language becomes part of the applicable edition of the NCCHC Standards and will be used for accreditation surveys moving forward.
We encourage facilities to check this page periodically and review any errata that apply to their standards manual. When a correction is published, facilities should review their related policies, procedures, and practices and make any updates needed to align with the corrected language.
NCCHC's Errata Quick Reference

This log is intended as a quick reference only. For complete details, including the original and corrected language, please refer to the official erratum located below the reference log.
