A Call for Persistence: The NCCHC Foundation Reentry Toolkit includes three sections that provide actionable steps for developing and implementing a jail reentry program and a series of case studies featuring guidance from on-the-ground jail reentry staff. Developed with a working group of correctional reentry professionals, each step includes insights and sample tools that can be adapted to the unique needs of jails across the country. The toolkit is designed for city, county, and jail leadership, jail administrators, and reentry or case management staff implementing or expanding reentry efforts.
